RETURN POLICY

 
Full refunds will be offered for any non-surgical services that is paid for in full but not completed in our office. Refunds, both partial and in full, for any service that is provided must be first reviewed and approved by our governing board and will be decided on a case-by-case basis. In an effort to maintain the health and safety of our clients and patients, no returns will be accepted for skincare products, supplements, medical garments, anti-blood-clot devices, and/or any other tangible item purchase on our website or in person at one of our physical locations.
